Today we went to Apple Works in Trafalgar, IN. So many fun things to do... pick your own pumpkin.... feed the goats.... pick your own apples. Aleigh had a blast!

First Park Adventure!

Aleigh is 7 months old today so we thought we should celebrate by doing something new and different. We went to the Bryan Park in Bloomington. Aleigh liked the slide the best... she wasn't so sure about the swings.

6 Months Old!

I can't believe it has been 3 months since I have updated our blog... I promise I will get better! Below are Aleigh's 6 month pictures!

3 Months Old!

Last weekend MiMi and Papa came to visit and we had Aleigh's 3 month pictures taken. Aleigh is holding her head up, pushing up and now rolling over (from her tummy to her back). She has not quite mastered rolling from her back to her tummy. We just love all her smiles and giggles!

Our Little Lady

Well our little lady is 9 weeks old now and getting SO big! She weighs almost 13 pounds and is 23 1/2 inches long. Mom is back to work and Dad is staying home being Mr. Mom for now. We are looking forward to MiMi and Grandpa coming to visit in late April.

Aleigh is One Month Old!

Oh my goodness... look at the difference a month makes... Our little angel is growing up!

1 month old

This month has gone by so fast, it feels like just yesterday that Aleigh was born. Up until the past few days Aleigh has only smiled in her sleep or when she is pooping but now she will smile at us. It seems to only be when we do not have the camera around but we caught a quick smile last night. She is growing so fast, just two weeks ago she was too long for newborn clothes but 3 month clothes were huge on her. Over the past few days it seems like she is filling out all of her 3 month clothes. We are both definitely ready for spring... we can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can take walks around the neighborhood in the stroller.

Today we made the trek to Indianapolis to take our first family picture. Aleigh stayed asleep for most of the photo shoot until the very end and she got a little cranky. Here are a few of our favorites...

2 Weeks Old!

Aleigh was 2 weeks old yesterday and oh my gosh she changes so much everyday! She is now back over her birth weight and has grown 1 inch - 9 lbs 1 oz and 22 inches long. She is in the 97th percentile for height and 75th percentile for weight. Unfortunately I only have 4 more weeks at home with her and then I have to go back to work. Leaving her at day care will be so hard! We just love her to pieces and are enjoying every minute with our little angel.
